Tottenham broke their record for most passes completed in a Premier League match, making 758 in a 2-0 win over Crystal Palace at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 31 October.
The club said the side enjoyed almost 80 per cent of possession and completed 758 accurate passes, the most it has managed in a Premier League game. Passing accuracy reached 93.12 per cent, also a new top-flight high for the club.
The mark surpasses a figure set only weeks earlier, when Tottenham recorded 93.01 per cent completion in a 0-0 home draw with Everton in September. The side completed 159 more passes against Palace than in that match.
The 758 completed passes top the club's list of most in a Premier League game. The previous best was 747, in a 3-0 away win at Cardiff City on 1 January 2019.
The 93.12 per cent accuracy also tops the club's list for highest passing accuracy in a Premier League game, ahead of 93.01 per cent against Everton.
