Liverpool are monitoring the availability of midfielder Ryan Gravenberch for Sunday's trip to Crystal Palace. He is a doubt after a heel injury.

Gravenberch was ruled out of the midweek Champions League defeat by Fenerbahce and also missed the preceding loss to Arsenal. His condition is being checked daily, and he still has a chance to play against Palace.

Head coach Andoni Iraola said at his pre-match press conference: "The only doubt we will have is Ryan." He added: "The others will be the same as we have been."

On the injury, Iraola said: "The Ryan Gravenberch thing is a day-to-day thing, it's a matter of pain. Let's see if he can deal with the pain and he can help us."

Liverpool are fifth in the Premier League after nine matches, with 15 points. Gravenberch has made seven appearances this season, with one assist and no goals.
