Tottenham Hotspur head coach Roberto De Zerbi has confirmed Dejan Kulusevski will be available for Monday's Premier League home fixture against Coventry City, while winger Savio faces several weeks out with a muscular injury.
Kulusevski's return comes as a significant boost after the Sweden international's lengthy spell on the sidelines. "He smiled like this. We are happy, we are very, very happy. It's not football. I'm not speaking about football. Okay, he's a special player, but we are speaking about different things. He suffered a lot and his reaction was great," De Zerbi said.
Savio picked up a muscular problem on Tuesday before the squad departed for a training camp in Marbella. Lucas also sustained a knee issue during the Manchester match and is expected to miss around two weeks.
Pedro Porro is nearing a return and could be available for the Chelsea fixture. De Zerbi declined to give a precise timeline on Savio, saying only that it would be "some weeks for sure."
On the Richarlison situation, De Zerbi distanced himself from the matter. "It's not my problem anymore. You have to ask Vinai, Johan. I have no problem with nobody, but I don't want to speak anymore because my focus is on the Coventry game," he said.
Tottenham, currently 16th in the Premier League with 6 points from 7 games, host Coventry — who sit 17th on the same points tally — at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Monday at 8pm UK time.
