Chelsea sign GAC as official automotive partner

Chelsea FC has named Chinese automaker GAC as the men's team's Official Automotive Partner in a global deal that includes matchday vehicle escorts and fan activations.

Chelsea Football Club has agreed a global partnership with GAC, the Chinese automobile manufacturer, which becomes the men's team's Official Automotive Partner.

The deal connects Chelsea's worldwide supporter base with GAC's expanding international automotive business, targeting fans and consumers in the UK, Europe and beyond.

GAC and Chelsea first worked together during the 2026 pre-season tour. Under the new agreement, vehicles from GAC's AION range will escort the men's team to Stamford Bridge on selected matchdays, with additional activations covering digital content, fan experiences and car displays.

GAC's European line-up includes the AION V electric SUV and the AION UT compact electric hatchback. The partnership is designed to support the company's broader sales-channel development and customer outreach across the region.

The arrangement forms part of GAC's One GAC 2.0 global strategy and its Local for Local approach, combining the club's international reach with locally tailored commercial activities.
