Brentford head coach Keith Andrews has named three changes to his starting XI for Saturday's Premier League home fixture against Liverpool at Gtech Community Stadium.

Sepp van den Berg returns to the side after recovering from a groin injury, slotting in at centre-back in place of Jannik Schuster, who was forced off at half-time in Brentford's 2-2 draw at Aston Villa last weekend with an ankle problem.

Mathias Jensen and Dango Ouattara also come back into the starting lineup, both having been used as substitutes at Villa Park. They replace El Hadji Malick Diouf and Kevin Schade, the latter having gone off with a shoulder injury at Aston Villa.

Club captain Nathan Collins returns to a matchday squad for the first time since picking up a calf injury against Sunderland in early September. Mikkel Damsgaard also features on the bench.

Brentford go into the match unbeaten this season, while Liverpool will be looking to respond after a 3-0 defeat to Manchester City at Anfield last weekend.

Brentford (4-3-3): Kelleher; Kayode, Ajer, van den Berg, Lewis-Potter; Janelt, Yarmoliuk, Jensen; Ouattara, Thiago, Anthony

Subs: Valdimarsson, Collins, Diouf, Hickey, Sangaré, Carvalho, Damsgaard, Schade, Wilson
