Arsenal came from behind to defeat Leeds United 2-1 at Emirates Stadium on Saturday, with goals from Riccardo Calafiori and Bruno Guimaraes sealing the win after the international break.

Leeds broke the deadlock through James Justin in a goalless first half that offered little for the home side. Ben White then set up Calafiori for the equaliser seven minutes after the opener.

Manager Mikel Arteta made three substitutions as Arsenal pushed for a winner, with Guimaraes among those introduced. The Brazilian scored just seven minutes after coming on, netting the decisive goal on his home debut.

The result marks a positive return to domestic action for Arsenal following the international break, with the comeback win at Emirates Stadium boosting confidence heading into the next fixture.
